As I look back at this year 2024 I am grateful for that has occurred this year. We have created beautiful memories, reconnected with old friends, lived healthy and with humbleness and for that I am so grateful. One of the biggest blessings is to have shared this year with you. Daily I give thanks for it all. Today as we prepare to close 2024 and receive 2025, I open my arms and my heart to receive all the blessings that will come. I invite you to do the same. 2025 brings 365 empty pages for us to fill with what our heart is longing for. We are worthy of it all! Do you know your dosha?
Dosha is an Ayurvedic term for your constitution, which you are born with, it is comprised of the best of your mother and your father at time of conception. Ayurveda believes and its, proven by thousands of years of experience that we are composed of the same elements in nature. Earth, fire, water, air space most people have a combination of two of these elements that dictate how your physical body and mind react to life. Including digestion, emotions, mobility, sleep and pre disposition to dis-ease. I would be happy to share Ayurveda with you. If you would like to know your dosha, feel free to message me.

Tu Lugar Es cuando tienes el valor de mostrarte, moviéndote por la danza de la vida con tu verdad.

Levanta tus brazos, muévete a tu ritmo, acaricia el espacio creando tus formas únicas…
Verás a otros con los que quieras danzar porque sientas conexión genuina con ellos.
