We are seeking an Office Administrator/Secretary to handle all office functions at two locations.
- You will be the face of the company, so we need someone with a compassionate and generous personality...
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
-Opening and closing the office.
-Check-in involves greeting, collecting payment, verifying insurance, and obtaining financial info.
-The job necessitates exceptional computer skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
-You are required to process financial summaries for both offices.
- Ensure all appointment schedules are kept up to date."
-It is important to maintain accurate and current records of customer files.
-Assist owner at outside marketing events
-It is important to ensure that you maintain clear and effective communication with all the companies and vendors.."
-Efficiently process and manage all orders and repairs for hearing aids to ensure that those in need receive the support they require.
-It is essential that you order the required supplies and promptly pick them up, to ensure the smooth running of our operations.
-You will also assist the owner in conducting thorough hearing aid tests to ensure that the devices are functioning properly. This includes checking for any issues with sound quality, volume, and clarity. Additionally, minor repairs should be addressed promptly so that our patients can continue to benefit from their hearing aids without interruption.
-These repairs may include changing batteries, cleaning the devices, or replacing any damaged parts.
-Our goal is to conduct tests and perform repairs so we can help ensure our patint's hearing aids are working at their best and providing them with the highest quality of life possible..
I will consider two part-time applicants,
We are willing to pay up to $20.00 per hour for candidates with relevant experience and qualifications..
