The City of Highland Park has mandated all fitness businesses be closed for any group classes or 1 on 1 sessions for 30 days, beginning tonight at midnight.

This obviously impacts our studio class schedule. Please check Mindbody as we switch some of our in-person classes to virtual! If you were already signed up for a virtual class, no need to do anything!
