Team True Style will be hosting an Open House & Open Mat from 10 AM - 1 PM! All affiliations welcome 🎉

& will make it official with a formal ribbon-cutting ceremony at 11 AM.

Come celebrate with rolls & small bites! Even if you don’t train, come on by and check out the space 😉

We will continue the celebration Saturday evening at in Highwood at 6pm!

For our crew and friends traveling from out of town, be sure to get in so you can attend open mat Friday, March 6 at 5:30 pm!

It will be a weekend filled with good vibes, good people, and good training ⭐️

As positive as I can be for others, only sees my funks and bouts of frustration where I may not have the best self-talk towards myself, especially when I’m having a bad day on the mats or certain doubts creep in.

Jay is always my safe space for my raw emotions, but he does a great job of pushing me through. He won’t let me sit in that place long and gets that negativity out of my head!

Thanks Jonathan for always believing in me and motivating me to do the things that make me better! It doesn’t take too much as I am pretty darn motivated, I am a Capricorn after all 🤣. But you always know how to light that spark again 🔥

Great night at the Annual Meeting/Dinner the Highwood Bocce Courts ⭐️

Awesome to be back with some old friends and crew who have all served as past Highwood Chamber Presidents 😎

I’ve always believed in the importance and benefit of being part of the Chamber of Commerce.

When I opened my first business in 2007 I became a member of and started co-hosting their Women’s Networking Group.

I also joined the Highwood chamber around that time and soon after became a board member. I was lucky enough to be part of the old-school board as a 25-year old business owner — what a privilege!

I later served as Vice President & President and took a step back after serving almost ten years on the board. It was time for fresh blood lol.

The experience, lessons and relationships I’ve gained have been priceless. I’m so excited to be back and a member of both chambers again with our new business 😉

The current board is doing great things for the businesses and the community! Thanks for all your hard work, we appreciate you!
