Tiny Rituals.Project Numbero Cuatro.

This Tiny ritual is about finding balance. Balance in the way we allow ourselves to experience the world.

This week: I reflected on “ How we balance the inflexible script for us to live by, versus allowing us to seek adventure. I used tiny objects that I had collected during my walk and things that I recycled from my art studio. The thought that I practiced while I was doing was “piling up, happy.”

Daily life unfolds within the framework of an enduring need to find balance in everything we do. Balance is one of the keys to a good life!

Tiny Rituals.Project Numbero Tres.

I like Tiny " moments in the garden" that I can lace up with my tiny "therapeutic art project."

- This week: I reflected on “ how nature recycles everything, and I used twigs that I had collected during my walk to “pile up, happy.”

This tiny ritual breaks up my day and invites a bit of fresh air into my day, which allows me to recycle my energy for the day. Recycling is life!

Take time to create your own happy ritual outside of all the activities you have already done.

When little moments grab us, and we enjoy them, we invite ourselves to stop and direct our thoughts on the directions we want.

I like Tiny " mantras" that I can practice with a tiny "therapeutic art project."

I call my latest project " Pile up Happy." The Tiny ritual is simple;
1- I pile up all sorts of objects on a small train track.
2- This week: I reflect on how I practice gratitude while “pilling up, happy.”
3- I repeat to myself, " I am pilling up, happy."
4- I do it every day.

This tiny ritual breaks up my day and invites a bit of daydreaming that allows me to decompress and recharge. Gratitude is power!

Take time to create your own happy ritual outside of all the activities you have already done.
