We are excited to welcome our newest SLP, Ms. Anita, to Speech Therapy Consultants! Ms. Anita is a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist in New Jersey and holds certification from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA). She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Rutgers University–New Brunswick and her Master of Arts in Speech-Language Pathology from Kean University. With extensive specialized school-based experience, Ms. Anita has supported students ages 3–21 with diverse communication needs. She is dedicated to providing functional, affirming, and individualized therapy that honors all forms of communication—spoken, signed, gestured, or through Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC). Her practice is strength-based and collaborative, built on the belief that every student deserves to be heard and respected for their unique voice. In her free-time, Ms. Anita enjoys doing yoga and spending time with her family. Ms. Anita is accepting new clients in our Highland Park office.

We are thrilled to welcome our newest SLP, Ms. Gabbi, to Speech Therapy Consultants! Ms. Gabbi graduated from Montclair State University with a Master of Arts degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders. Throughout her time as a clinician, she has gained experience working with a range of clients, ages 4 to 80. Ms. Gabbi has experience working with children with complex developmental disabilities including Autism Spectrum Disorder, Smith-Magenis syndrome, CHARGE syndrome, Cerebral Palsy, and Cohen Syndrome. She also has experience working with clients with articulation/phonological disorders and expressive-receptive language delays. Ms. Gabbi has experience programming and utilizing various Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) systems and apps including Proloquo2Go, LAMP Words for Life, GoTalk Now, Snap Scene, TouchChat, and Pragmatic Organization Dynamic Display. In her free time, Ms. Gabbi enjoys spending time with her family, friends and puppy, discovering new coffee places, and playing sports such as volleyball and pickleball. Ms. Gabbi is accepting new clients at our Edison office.

Our first Tiny Talkers/Little Explorers Toddler Play Group will take place on Sunday, April 21st at 11:30am at our Edison location! The group will be led by either two speech-language pathologists or a speech-language pathologist and an occupational therapist. The group size is limited to six.
