Welcome to my page, Stacey Portugal, Weight Loss Coach! My name is Stacey and I’m a Board Certified Life Coach (BCC) specializing in health and weight loss. Here’s a little background about my weightloss journey: I had been fad dieting for 20 years and felt frustrated with lackluster weight loss results. After working SO hard but not really getting the results I deserved. I decided to further my education to achieve the results I wanted by earning a PN Level 1 certification in nutrition. At that point I understood the role of macronutrients in my body and felt the desire to share my love for healthy, smart eating with my lovely clients and awesome followers!

I help women, who struggle with sugar & carbs, to gain control so they can easily pass up temptation and find their ideal weight.
