As someone who trusted the general information given on nutrition, I was quite surprised to find that most of what I learned and was sure I understood, was wrong. As I started to delve further into the world of health and wellness I found myself completely overwhelmed and confused about who to believe, who to listen to, and who to ignore…

I decided that I needed some help, a place to where I coul

d learn from the finest brains in the health and wellness industry. I decided it was time to go back to school. I wanted to learn from the best in the industry, not just the best marketed. I respected the studies and findings of Dr Weil, the ideas and teaching of Deepak Chopra, and the science offered by people like Dr Barry Sears and Weston A Price. I learned there was a unmistakable correlation between mental, emotional and physical health. So many remarkable ways that people have healed themselves over the centuries we have been evolving. I am thankful my education afforded me the opportunity to learn from these great people and many many others. While in school, sadly, I realized, in our busy modern times, we lost it. We lost touch with ourselves. We rely on doctors and pharmacies to heal us, energize us and calm us. Often times our sickness or symptoms are so vague that we don’t even realize what’s bothering us. We think that if we eat the right number of calories and try to squeeze in some cardio, we are good to go! Unfortunately, that isn’t the whole truth…

What we put into our bodies can help us to stay healthy, but only if we eat enough quality, nourishing (yummy!) foods. So… the question I am asked the most often… What are these foods??? It’s a pretty simple answer that marketing and advertising has complicated. I will help you to feel confident that you can feel better, as well as, take off those few extra pounds that have accumulated over the years. I find that most men are so busy with their careers that they think they don’t have the time or ability to focus on their health. I hear from my clients that they can’t eat well or don’t have the time because they are:

• Entertaining clients
• Traveling- spending time on the road or in hotel rooms
• Late hours in the office or hanging out with buddies
• Early morning tee times or court times

Good news is, there IS a way to do it, without giving up the foods you love, or ordering a salad and water at every restaurant you eat at! No one wants to be that guy, well at least not in front of clients. Eating a nourishing diet is healing, finding a better way to deal with the stress in your life, is also healing. Deciding that you are going to, once and for all, learn how to take care of yourself is one of the best decisions you will make in your life.
