Also, just a reminder that we offer extended hours on Tuesdays and Wednesdays until 6pm and Thursdays, video visits until 7pm.

We have a fabulous team of providers ready to take care of you and your family: Dr. James K. Looney, Physician Assistant Diane Renteria, Nurse Practitioners Cassie Seitz and Kelly Scherer.

There are 3 options to schedule appointments with our office. You can go through the portal, MyBSWHealth app or call at 469.800.0500.

You can also send us messages through the app or portal if you have any questions or find it challenging to schedule appointments. We would like the opportunity to accommodate your needs the best we can!

Hope everyone had a great and joyful holiday season! Just wanted to relay some information 😊

Remember that we are open from 7:30am to 6:30pm Tuesdays - Fridays. Nurse Practitioner, Anita Alaniz, will be available during those days and times to accommodate patients who are unable to come in during normal business hours.

If you are able to come see us during business hours, remember that we have Dr. Looney and our Nurse Practitioners, Anita Alaniz and Cassie Seitz available to you!

Having a hard time reaching us? Make sure to sign up for MyBSWHealth or the app so you can send us messages directly as well as schedule appointments.

I hope this reaches you in good health and spirits.

I just wanted to reach out to you personally with a few reminders as I know things get busy this time of year:

CLINIC CLOSURE

Our clinic will be closed on the following dates/times:

Dec 16, Friday - 2pm
Dec 23, Friday - 1pm
Dec 26, Monday - closed
Jan 2, Monday - closed

Please make sure that if you need refills, allow up to 72 hours for the requests to be reviewed and filled.

APPOINTMENTS

Our goal is to ensure that we provide enough access for you to schedule your appointments in a timely manner. At any time that you are unable to schedule your appointment via online or through the call center, please send us a message through the portal or ask the contact center representative to send us a message. We will try everything possible to schedule you on the desired date and time.

NURSE PRACTITIONERS - ANITA ALANIZ and CASSIE SEITZ

In the event that there is no availability on my schedule or I am out of the office, please consider scheduling with Anita or Cassie. While I appreciate that you prefer to only see me, I would hate for you to delay your medical care to me next available appointment. I will try my very best to work you into my schedule; however, the nurse practitioners are extensions of my practice to ensure that you receive care in a timely manner. I work very closely with them, reviewing charts and discussing the day's appointments, so any care that they provide to you is reviewed by me. If you are scheduled with one of them and I am in clinic, I will make sure to stop by and say HELLO if I am free.

To further increase access for those unable to leave work or school, Anita has extended her hours from 7:30am - 6:00pm, Tuesday-Friday.
