We are so excited to welcome Michelle Conrad, O.D. to our practice! Dr. Conrad grew up in Southern California and graduated from California State University of Fullerton with a bachelor’s degree in Liberal Arts. Ready for a new chapter and environmental change, she relocated to Arizona where she pursued her passion for eye care, earning her doctorate of optometry at Midwestern University, Arizona College of Optometry. As a lifelong learner, Dr. Conrad is dedicated to continuously expanding her knowledge and staying current with the latest advancements in optometry to ensure she delivers the highest standard of care. Her approach to patient care is deeply personal—she treats each patient like family and leads with genuine compassion.

Outside of her practice, she cherishes time spent with her family and her beloved, talkative mini schnauzer.

We are so excited to welcome Ashlin Naquin, O.D. to our practice. Dr Naquin is a licensed therapeutic optometrist who recently relocated from Lafayette, Louisiana to Dallas, Texas. She earned her Doctor of Optometry degree from the University of Alabama at Birmingham School of Optometry and completed clinical rotations at prestigious institutions including The Callahan Eye Institute and Storm Eye Clinic. Known for her warm, approachable style and patient-first approach, Dr. Naquin is passionate about building lasting relationships while providing comprehensive eye care for individuals and families.

Outside the clinic, Dr. Naquin enjoys spending time with family and friends, exploring the vibrant Dallas food scene, staying active through pickleball, pilates and Orangetheory, and volunteering at her local church.

We are delighted to welcome Dr. Ashley Chennankara, O.D., to our practice. A native Texan, Dr. Chennankara’s passion for optometry began with an inspiring Eli Lilly Internship during college, where she observed eye care in South India and at a busy local practice in Plano. After earning her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Austin College, she pursued her Doctor of Optometry degree at the University of Houston College of Optometry.

During her graduate training, she completed valuable internships at the VA Hospital in Temple and Waco, Texas, as well as Cedar Springs Eye Clinic in South Dallas. Throughout her career, Dr. Chennankara has served in diverse clinical settings, including Baylor Scott & White Hospital in Temple, Texas, and various private practices across North Texas. Outside the clinic, she enjoys traveling, exploring new cuisines, and spending time with her family.
