This is my best bud, Zeus. AKA Zuzy Q, AKA Zuzy Poozy Pudding Pie, AKA my Bestest Boy 🐕 He is 6 years old this year and is a Lab/Great Dane mix. His favorite activities are car rides to Papa's, tending his chickens, and walking at Big Springs (actually running but he currently has a torn ACL 😩 and the photos mom makes him take 👎🏼no thanks). His personality is bigger than he is, I hope you see it shine as bright as I do in these photos!

Hey everyone!
We’ve had quite a few new faces join recently, so I thought I’d reintroduce myself.
I’m Alyssa, but you can call me Lyss 👋🏼. I’ve been a licensed massage therapist for 4 years, currently working out of my clinic in Highland and also offering mobile massage services to SW Wisconsin and North Central Iowa.
When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me hanging with my kiddos, spuddling outside, or tending to my chickens 🐔
Being part of this community has been so rewarding and I’m so thankful for the chance to share the benefits of massage with all of you! On this page you’ll find appointment updates, self care tips, and little reminders to take time for yourself.

School and holidays are coming up fast, make sure you keep up on what your body needs while tending to your daily life!

I have seen so many new faces recently and have missed quite a few of you this summer! Thank you so much to all of you who make this possible for me, whether you come in for massage or refer your loved ones, I appreciate it all! I am hoping these new hours will bring me more family time and that itself is invaluable ❤️
