Patient Care Coordinator (Front Office Operations)

Are you a master of first impressions with a knack for keeping things running smoothly? Our private audiology practice in Highland is looking for a reliable, high-energy Patient Care Coordinator to join the tight-knit team.
We are a small but bustling practice with 1.5 to 3 providers on-site daily. We value a "get it done" attitude, meticulous attention to detail, and a warm personality that makes our patients feel at home from the moment they walk in or call.
The Logistics
Schedule: 5 days per week (option for 1 offset day), totaling 40 hours.
Compensation: $18-$20/hour.
Benefits: Comprehensive package including Health, Dental, and Life Insurance, plus a 401k plan.
Location: Highland, MD (Reliable personal transportation is required).
Availability: Immediate start.
What Youβll Do
As the face and voice of our practice, you will handle the pulse of the front office. Your day-to-day will include:
Managing a fast-paced multi-line phone system with professionalism and warmth.
Scheduling appointments and coordinating provider calendars.
Checking patients in/out and ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete, including collecting payment.
Navigating our EMR/computer system (CounselEar) with speed and precision.
Multitasking between administrative duties and patient needs.

Requirements
Must have a reliable car for transportation to Highland, MD.
Must be willing to undergo a standard background check and be up to date on immunizations.
Previous experience in a medical, dental, or optical front office is a plus, but the right attitude and work ethic are our top priorities.
