Welcome to our first thirsty Thursday! As a fitness company we want to create ways to help people reach their goals simply. So for our first Thursday here's a recipe you can try for a morning protein shake
Calories and protein vary per brands you use of course .
This shake is a lower calorie option

1 cup of fat free milk (our go to is fairlife milk )
1 banana
2 tablespoons of PB2 (powdered peanut butter)
1 scoop of protein powder (your brand of Choice)
And 1 and 1/2 cups of your choice of cold coffee

This shake will be delicious and keep you full till your next meal without blowing the calories out of the water .
