Valerie Barber, OD, has been practicing optometry for 30 years. She grew up in Madison County, IL, and resides in Edwardsville. She often describes optometry as the "best job ever". She truly enjoys taking care of all types of patients, from 1-year-olds to 101. Solving her patients' visual needs brings her great joy. In her spare time, she enjoys watching her adult children play music, yoga, and social dancing.
