Our phone service has been incredibly undependable the last few weeks. We have been with the same company for years (through a couple of name changes even) but suddenly it feels like our phone service and billing is being managed by. . . well, no one, honestly. We are still with them for now because it beats nothing (barely 🤣) and we want to keep our same number but we are in the process of changing companies!
