Nervous System Reset

This service is specifically designed to support the reduction of anxiety and stress. It incorporates a range of gentle therapeutic techniques, which may include (but are not limited to) light-touch massage modalities, aromatherapy, breathwork, comprehensive scalp massage, assisted stretching, heat therapy, and energy-based interventions.

It is particularly well-suited for individuals who are sensitive to or do not prefer deep tissue pressure.

Note: Deeper pressure can be introduced at any point during the session upon client request. Each treatment is customized based on the client’s specific needs and preferences, drawing on over 20 years of clinical experience, continuing education, and a diverse therapeutic skill set.
