We are so excited to welcome Sharon to the Balanced Wellness team ✨
Sharon will be joining us as a substitute teacher, while also leading:
🧘🏼♀️ Rise and Flow - Wed at 6:30am
🧘🏼♀️ Chair (accessible) Yoga - Wed at 8:30am
Sharon is a retired school teacher turned yoga instructor with a lifelong love of teaching and supporting others. She is 500 hour Yoga certified and brings a calm, compassionate approach to every class – blending mindful movement, balance, patient, encouragement, and wellness and a way that makes everyone feel welcome.
Outside of the studio, she’s a grandma, Baker, beach lover, avid reader, and coffee enthusiast.
One thing we already love about Sharon is her belief that Yoga is more than movement – it’s a space for joy, connection, and self-care, both on and off the mat. And we know so many of you are going to feel that energy when you take a class with her.
If you’ve been looking for a supportive space to move, breathe, and slow down a little… Sharon‘s classes are such a beautiful place to start.
