🏋🏼♀️ Today’s workout rep totals:
✔️ 100 cable kickbacks
✔️ 90 Single leg DB RDLs
✔️ 100 DB hip thrusts
✔️ 90 Single leg elevated reverse lunges
✔️ 25 min StairMaster finisher
1 hr 43 mins later and my app said I gave 66% effort… which is honestly offensive after that workout 😂
But one thing I’ll always stand by… even coaches need coaches.
I program my own training, but I still have a coach for my macros, check-ins, accountability, and an outside perspective. When you’re in your own head and deep in your own journey, it’s easy to overlook things, doubt yourself, or stay too comfortable.
Having a coach keeps you accountable, helps you make adjustments when needed, pushes you harder, and keeps you progressing instead of feeling stuck.
No matter how much experience or knowledge you have, guidance and support still matter. That’s exactly why I practice what I preach.
