This might well be my annual selfie and there is a reason behind it.
About a month ago, I decided to start taking care of myself. Now that I think about it, it seems like during the past years I let myself down, dedicated all my time to others and forgot about what matters most. My health.
I drank too many glasses of wine, ate too much of everything whenever I felt hungry and I didn’t exercise.
Last year I noticed a lot of inflammation through my body. Essentially my knees, neck and articulations.
My system became sluggish and I started to look into the wrong places as to find help.
Whatever I tried helped temporarily and superficially.
I knew I had to act differently but didn’t know what to do.

So I created a mental mood board with the physical outcome I was looking for.
Of course, I was picturing a slimmer, stronger body and essentially a pain-free body. I saw myself moving with ease and smiling.

Coconut & Mango Kefir Water ~
A gut healing fizzy drink that your body will thank you for.
I recently discovered that I could increase the amount of probiotics I take by making this delicious drink and I can’t stop making more.
I love how fizzy it gets and how good it tastes.
And since I make it myself, I know exactly what is inside.
No bad stuff added. 😊

Auric field without borders. ✨✨

Listening to my clients saying that they felt the energy from others during a sound healing session is something I have been waiting for a long time.
Yes, the same way you feel the energy in a room the second you step in.
Last night session was incredible on so many levels.
I could tell how different the energy was.
From the way I was breathing to the way I played in a slow motion.
This feeling of simply being and knowing put me in such a meditative state.
I can still feel it today as I type this post.
After their session, everyone stayed and chatted, sharing their experiences and noticing how perfect the energy between them felt.
I know you read me say this a lot but I am SO grateful for moments like these and for my entire career as a sound healing practitioner.
It has changed my perception of the world as a whole and probably changed me as well.
