Our Story + Services
The three of us met as co-workers at a large, publicly traded healthcare company in 2015. Like most physical therapy practices, we found ourselves limited by insurance company mandates and restrictive corporate guidelines. Short visits, double bookings, and tech-based therapy restricted our ability and led to sub-optimal care. We knew we could provide high quality care and improved results on our own. That meant taking a risk, hanging a shingle, and challenging the existing healthcare order. It also means we offer physical therapy that is different from anything you’ve experienced before. What’s different? First, you don’t need a referral from a physician to see us. If you’re not sure whether you need physical therapy, give us a call and we will talk to you about your issue free of charge. A 10 minute phone call might save you a lot of time. Second, coming to physical therapy at Trifecta means that you’ll actually see the physical therapist. There are no techs so you won’t be passed off during your treatments. Third, we offer hour long 1-on-1 treatments based on the needs of the patient, not the requirements of an insurance company. Fourth, we are locally owned. That means there are no phone trees, waiting rooms, or three-week wait times. You are out top priority. Fifth, we believe that manual, hands-on physical therapy is the best therapy. As musculoskeletal experts, we specialize in muscles and joints in the same way dentists specialize in teeth. Lastly, physical therapy is not alway comfortable, but with commitment, you will experience results.
