It’s crazy how it feels like you’re pregnant for an eternity, then baby comes and you don’t even remember your bump.

We're hosting a complimentary Pelvic Floor 101 Workshop in partnership with Eastridge Chiropractic Co. on Tuesday, January 28th at our birth center.

This free, 45-minute class is designed to provide:

Practical, evidence-based education about your pelvic floor
Hands-on instruction
Simple exercises to take home and use during pregnancy

This workshop is a calm, supportive way to better understand how to care for yourself during pregnancy.

Our girl is here!!

Marlowe Willa Mancuso, born December 27, 2024 at 6:32AM.

Her birth was a 2.5 day long whirlwind. Although the birth didn’t go according to plan, the outcomes did - it was empowering, all of our birth preferences were honored and baby Marlowe thrived throughout.

We are so infinitely grateful for our birth team, including:
💕Our prenatal care and labor with . We felt so at ease, educated and prepared throughout our whole pregnancy, and felt so at home and supported throughout our labor. We have so much trust and love for every single midwife and member of the team!
💕 Our incredible doula .ruth.birth with , who gave us so much strength, confidence and positivity. She stuck with us for multiple days, giving all the loving pep talks, hip squeezes and advice! Lauren is worth her weight in gold. We love her so much!
💕 The midwifery team at St Jo’s we had the privilege of transferring to. Couldn’t have asked for a better team to assume care!
💕 Our family, in particular my mom who adjusted me and did acupuncture throughout to help get labor going and to help my comfort!

We have so many more thanks to say for all the support through pregnancy and early postpartum. In particular, Jane with who came to our home a couple days postpartum to pamper me with an abdominal massage and herbal yoni steam.

We have such an amazing village to bring Marlowe home to - thank you!! 🥹

Meet Dr. Meghan Jeske!!

We are so thrilled for Dr. Meghan to join our team at Eastridge. She is currently familiarizing herself with our practice and meeting all our wonderful practice members. Dr. Meghan will begin seeing patients in December. She has special interest in prenatal, postpartum, pediatric and sports chiropractic, and will be certified in dry needling by the end of the month. She will be taking care of our perinatal and pediatric patients during Dr. Shantai’s maternity leave beginning around Christmas time, and staying on well after!

A bit about her:

Born and raised in Colorado, a healthy lifestyle has always been at the forefront of Dr. Meghan’s life. This passion led to her academic career where she received her Bachelors degree in Health and Exercise Science from Colorado State University. While exploring her career options, she met a pediatric and perinatal chiropractor and knew that this is the career for her. She worked at that office as a chiropractic assistant for nearly two years before attending chiropractic school at Life University in Georgia. She graduated Summa Cum Laude and moved back to Colorado to start practicing.

We are in office until Friday the 22nd, then off to celebrate Christmas with family in Canada. We will be back in office in the new year on January 2nd. Come see us before the holiday! And if not - have a wonderful time with friends and family ♥️
