Dr. Kyle spent his weekend volunteering at the competition in Texas! At Trailhead PT, our therapists are invested in living an active lifestyle, and supporting others so they can stay healthy, happy, and active for life!

You don't want to work with a physical therapist that doesn't have the slightest clue what you need to be able to do for your sport. Luckily, the Trailhead team has you covered! Whether it's weightlifting, golf, CrossFit, dance, running, basketball, gymnastics (& so much more) our team understands the ins and outs of what you need to get back to!

Have you heard about the NEAT principle? While setting aside time to work out and get your heartrate up is important, it's also important to just incorporate more activity into daily tasks. Thats where NEAT comes in! Things like taking the stairs, cleaning your house, or parking a little further away from the store can make a big difference in how much activity you get throughout the day, and how many calories you burn. This can help prevent diseases associated with being sedentary!

Trailhead Physical Therapy is a privately owned outpatient physical therapy clinic that specializes in sports related injuries and orthopedic conditions including post-operative rehabilitation.

Located inside of Beyond Fitness and Performance, our therapist have access to over 6,000 square feet of gym space and equipment to utilize for treatment.

Our goal is to provide one-on-one specialized care with each individual to allow for a return to pain-free activities and to reach your maximal potential following injury.
