The 90/90 hip stretch builds rotation and control through both hips—something most runners are lacking without even realizing it. And when your hips can’t move well, your body starts borrowing motion from places that shouldn’t have to (low back, knees, and overworked hamstrings).

Better hip mobility means smoother stride, better force transfer, and less compensation.

It’s simple, but it matters.

At Physio Room, we specialize in sports medicine to help you to achieve your goal in your sport and every day life. In order to help, we offer a variety of services geared towards your recovery. We offer physical therapy, chiropractic manipulation, manual therapy, normatec compression, and pre and post-operative rehabilitation. We are also trained in dry needling and the Graston technique.
