CrossFit Modig is located in Highlands Ranch- convenient to Centennial, Lone Tree, Littleton, Castle Pines, and Castle Rock. We train people at all levels of fitness following the core CrossFit philosophy of constantly varied, functional movement, performed at a high intensity. Our classes infuse a unique combination of body weight movements, olympic lifting, power lifting and intense cardio conditioning.
