There’s a new class at the movement studio!!
Yes you read that right: Meno-posse.
A new class for women who want community, strength, and movement through midlife and beyond. Designed to honor the changes of menopause and the power of maturing bodies, Meno-posse combines resistance training and targeted stretching to build muscle, maintain flexibility, and support joint health.
What to expect
Strength work: safe, effective weight-lifting progressions to improve bone density, functional strength, and metabolic health. Modifications for all levels.
Mobility & flexibility: guided stretching and movement routines to preserve range of motion, reduce stiffness, and enhance comfort for everyday activities.
Community: small-group classes focused on connection, encouragement, and shared goals in a welcoming, nonjudgmental space.

Women navigating perimenopause, menopause, and postmenopause
Those wanting to build functional strength for daily life
Anyone seeking low-impact options to maintain flexibility and joint health
Beginners through experienced movers — progressions and regressions provided
Class details
Format: 60 minutes combining strength circuits and mobility segments
Equipment: light-to-moderate dumbbells, resistance bands, mats (provided or bring your own)
Frequency: recommended twice weekly for measurable gains; Class size is limited so pre-register.
Safety: instructor-led modifications to account for osteoporosis, joint issues, or other health concerns; please inform instructor of any conditions
