Ever feel like the day gets away from you before you even have a moment to yourself?

Mornings give us a clean slate.
Evenings offer us a place to land.
And in between? We’re just doing the best we can.

The days can feel so full, so I’ve started trying something new.
In addition to my daily morning posts, I’ve begun sharing a little something in the evenings too…just a soft pause after the world’s noise. A moment to breathe. 🥰

Praying for all who were affected and for rescuers and volunteers 🙏🙏🙏

💔 Such a powerful, heartbreaking image.. the only words that come to mind are “I can’t imagine”

I can’t imagine being the mom who sent her baby off to summer camp

I can’t imagine being the family swept away in dark flood waters in the middle of the night

I can’t imagine being the young camp counselors trying to save their baby campers

I can’t imagine receiving that call and not knowing where my child is

I can’t imagine racing to the flood site to try and find my baby

I can’t imagine being the first responder who is hoping for miraculous rescue but knowing that as the hours pass, rescue is turning to recovery in hopes of bringing some closure to families

I can’t imagine. 💔 Praying for peace and comfort to all who have been affected by this horrific tragedy.
