Our Facility and Staff
As the only military treatment facility in Utah, the 75th Medical Group, Hill Air Force Base, Utah, provides primary care and a limited range of specialty services for military beneficiaries. Comprised of 450 active duty, civilian and contractor employees, the 75 MDG provides operational and primary health care support to nearly 15,750 enrollees and more than 72,000 TRICARE beneficiaries in Utah. The 75 MDG provides primary support to the 388th Fighter Wing, the 419th Fighter Wing, the Utah Test and Training Range, activated reserve component service members, and 61 associate units throughout northern Utah, while providing direct support to the Ogden Air Logistics Center. The 75 MDG has three clinics that offer primary medical care to active duty personnel and their family members, retirees, and dependents of retirees:

The group is comprised of two squadrons: the 75th Operational Readiness Squadron and the 75th Health Care Operations Squadron. Who We Serve
At this time the 75 MDG is only accepting active duty personnel and their dependents for PCM assignments. All others to include retirees, retiree family members, survivors, and un-married former spouses must choose a civilian PCM when enrolling in TRICARE Prime or transferring their enrollment from their previous PCM.

The 75th Medical Group is hosting a Pap-A-Thon on 17 and 24 January 2025. 10-minute appointments are available on those days to complete pap smears for cervical cancer screening available for beneficiaries between 21 and 64 years of age. These are especially important if you have not had cervical cancer screening in the past 5 years! Call the Appointment line at 801-586-2273 to be scheduled today!

🌟We’re proud to recognize SrA Alexis Gaisoa, 75th OMRS Public Health, for her outstanding dedication and hard work. Despite returning early from convalescent leave, SrA Gaisoa immediately jumped back into her role as the subject matter expert for deployment health. 🌟

Her expertise and diligence helped her team identify a critical deployment discrepancy and through collaborative efforts with multiple wings and major commands, worked tirelessly to rectify it and author a new country reporting instruction, recouping over $3 million and 600 man-hours in unnecessary medications/ workload.
