Chef Andrew wowed everyone during Chef Circle with his delicious Fish en Papillote! 🐟✨
The dish looked and smelled absolutely amazing — vibrant, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Chef Andrew demonstrated each step — from seasoning to wrapping to cooking — and the residents finished every bite! 👨‍🍳👏

Our residents set sail on a special outing to the Columbus Fish Market in honor of our Cruise Theme Week! They enjoyed delicious seafood, great company, and the feeling of being on a seaside escape right here in Columbus! 🐠🦞🦐

Monday we welcomed Alan, who gave a fascinating presentation on Coral, Fossils, and Shells! 🐚🪸

He shared pieces from his very own collection, gathered from his travels from Florida — the perfect fit for our travel-themed week! 🌎🚢

To top it off, our culinary team prepared a delicious themed snack:
🥓🦀 Bacon & Crab Frittata
🥔 Homestyle Potatoes
🍓 Fresh Fruit Cup

It was a wonderful combination that paired perfectly with the presentation — a true taste of the sea! 🌴✨

🌴 Theme Week is Here! 🌊
It’s our last theme week of the year, and we’re setting sail on a cruise adventure! 🚢

First stop: Sunday Brunch on the Bay!

Our residents and their families enjoyed a delicious themed meal together — and it was the perfect way to kick off our cruise week in style! 🥂✨

The menu featured:
🍣 Teriyaki Salmon
🦐 Shrimp Scampi
🍚 Cilantro Lime Rice
🥔 Home Fries with Peppers & Onions
🎃 Roasted Butternut Squash
🍞 Focaccia Bread
🍳 Scrambled Eggs
And of course… a make-your-own waffle bar! 🧇

✨🪄 Happy Hour was full of magic with our Harry Potter–themed event! 🪄✨

Residents enjoyed exploring a mini “museum” of movie memorabilia featuring LEGO sets, books, wands, and robes. 📚

Rachelle, DFS, created Norwich Springs very own Honeydukes Candy Shop, which was a huge hit—residents got to “shop” for sweet treats and sip on delicious homemade butterbeer, just like in the movies! 🍬🍻 🎥

Everyone in attendance chose their favorite house color for a special drawing, with one lucky winner receiving a magical, color-changing hot cocoa set. ❤️💙💚💛

It was truly a spellbinding evening, and our residents had a wonderful time! ⚡✨

It’s football season, and we’re bringing the Buckeye spirit to life with our watch parties! Residents gather together to cheer on The Ohio State University, enjoy great company, and celebrate every touchdown. 🏟️What a fun way to keep the team spirit alive — Go Bucks! 🌰🎉

Thank you to Carrie from Metro Park for visiting our building and presenting the Reptiles and Amphibians Program. We loved having the chance to see and learn about the animals up close. 🦎 🐍

Our legacy residents visited our sister campus, Smith's Mill Health Campus, for a special collaboration! Together, the two Legacy programs joined forces to create cat scratching posts for our local Humane Society 🐈. It was a significant project that brought joy not only to our residents but also provided comfort and fun for the cats in need. We are so grateful for this wonderful partnership between our two Legacy families!
