We are hiring! We are looking for RN’s,LPN’s, Paramedics, or AMET’s.
As of now, the position would be PRN, but we are growing fast. I am looking for several new team members.
Requirements:
~Good standing with FL DOH
~Pass a drug test and a background check.
~Willing to participate with IV Parties, Mobile Visits, and Vendor fairs.
~Agree to work at either of our clinics in Hilliard and Yulee, as well as mobile visits.
~Top notch empathy and genuine customer service skills.
~Ability to look at a client’s face and not a computer screen.
~Stick to your word. Follow through.
~BLS at minimum, ACLS preferred
~Prefer nurses who have been in the trenches 5-10 years.
~Ability to not panic if our computer software has a glitch.
~Sticking to your word in the interview process. Don’t feed us fluff, then do the complete opposite. I hire slow and fire fast
~Understand that everyone on the team must do things like take out the trash or clean the toilet.
~Must want to work! This seems like an obvious statement, but trust me, it’s not.
~Be able to change without complaint as this industry is very fluid and all of the governing boards I report to seem to make daily changes.

A few secrets:
~I immediately cease interviews when money is the fist thing asked about.
~If a practitioner can’t give me ONE weakness of theirs, the interview is over.
~If you’ve never started an IV, it’s a no go
~The way you answer questions is part of my decision process. I will require you to critically think.
~I’m not reading your cover letter.(haha) Everybody is "a great team player, but also functions well independently....." Heard all that and don't like blanket cover letters. If you write a creative one, I'll read it.
