Yes, chiropractors deal with this stuff too 😅

I’ve been getting some numbness into my pinky finger caused by a combo of seeing patients, computer work, workouts, and the list goes on and on.

As much as I would love if it just magically disappeared (😂), I’m doing the same things I tell my patients to do:
-adjustments
-mobility
-purposeful recovery

People think feeling better means they don’t need more care, but pain relief just means your body is responding. Real change doesn’t come from one or two good adjustments.

It comes from repetition.

Just like training, sleep, nutrition - your body adapts to what you do consistently.

Adjustments restore motion, but it’s the repetition of that input that actually changes how your body moves and functions over time.

That is the reason we don’t stop the instant pain calms down. Pain relief isn’t the finish line - it’s where we start to make change.

You can do everything right- stay consistent with workouts, stretching, foam rolling- and still feel tight, beat up, or like your body just isn’t recovering.

Recovery isn’t just physical. It’s neurological.

Your body doesn’t separate
* Work stress
* Poor sleep
* Packed schedule

We ask about sleep for a reason.

Not how many hours, but how well your body actually shuts down and recovers.

Because if you’re constantly on edge
➡️ your body stays tight and tense
➡️ your nervous system can’t settle
➡️ you don’t sleep and recover the way you should
