The Elves worked quietly on Christmas Eve, but their joy was loud. Staff were able to catch a couple!!! You can’t spell dedication without a little sparkle! There is always plenty of sparkle around Harmony Trace!

When asked about their jobs, both elves lovingly said, “the best part of being an elf is making someone else’s day.” They are right about that !

Thank you to the Alzheimer's Association, Central Ohio Chapter for visiting us last week to share holiday tips for caregivers of those with Dementia. The holidays are often filled with sharing, laughter and memories, but they can also bring stress, disappointment or sadness. A person living with Alzheimer's or another dementia may feel a special sense of loss during the holidays because of the changes he or she has experienced. Caregivers may feel overwhelmed by maintaining traditions while providing care and adhering to safety precautions. Below are some great gift idea suggestions for your loved one to help with your holiday shopping.

If you are caring for a loved one this holiday season while also juggling the events, shopping, and chores that come with this time of year you may feel like you need a break.
