This four-month, Yoga Alliance-certified experience is a living journey of transformation.

Designed in a hybrid format for both depth and freedom, it blends in-person weekends of connection and embodied learning with spacious self-study and reflection between gatherings.

Trainees will immerse in community, cultivate their voice, and integrate these teachings into everyday life in ways that feel personal,
inspired, and lasting.

IN-PERSON TRAINING DATES:
Jan 30 - Feb 1 • March 6 - 8 - April 17 - 19 • May 1 - 3

Sessions will be held Fridays 6:00-9:00 PM, Saturdays
11:00 AM-6:00 PM, and Sundays 10:00 AM-6:00 PM
