Hillman's Haven is looking to make a difference!
We opened our doors in 2005, and we have since had the pleasure of housing and assisting many residents from all over the country.
If you are looking for a position to work with the elderly we may have what you are looking for.
We are licensed through the State of Michigan and offer services to residents 60 years and older (or otherwise compatible)
We have full and part time positions available for housekeeping and personal care aide.
Willing to train! No experience required
Some duties include:
Administering medication, bathing, dressing, feeding, and housekeeping/laundry

It's that time of year where our residents love watching the birds eat and play outside their windows. We have plenty of Shepherd hooks with bird feeders out their windows.

We are in need of some bird seed. If we could get some good samaritan's to donate some bird seed to our facility so our residents can continue to watch the wildlife it would be greatly appreciated.

Hillman's Haven is seeking a skilled cook to join our team for approximately 32 hours per week, working from 6am to 2pm every Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Sunday. We specialize in serving simple, home-cooked meals.
If you have a passion for cooking and enjoy working with seniors, this position may be an ideal fit for you. The ability to follow recipes and multitask is essential for success in this role.

Mothers Day at Hillman's Haven was very successful. Our lady's all received and bag of candy and a beautiful card from staff and residents. They also received a beautiful bouquets of flowers for their tables.

Our cook Hannah made a delicious ham dinner with mashed potatoes/gravy, homemade bread/butter, cranberry sauce, and mixed veggie. Dessert was apple turnovers or cream puffs.

All of our women had a wonderful day!

WE ARE SEARCHING FOR THREE PERSONAL CARE AIDES - WHEN APPLYING YOU NEED TO BE HONEST, RELIABLE, AND HAVE PATIENTS WITH THE ELDERLY. WE MAY WORK AT A FACILITY BUT THIS IS THEIR HOME.
1 FOR 32 HOURS A WEEK FOR MIDNIGHT POSITION, AND 2 FOR AFTERNOON POSITION.
HOURS WOULD BE 2PM TO 10PM (AFTERNOONS) OR 10PM TO 6AM (MIDNIGHTS).😃

We are looking for a Midnight Personal Care Aide. Position will be for a flexible schedule to consist of 32 hours a week working
10:00 PM to 6:00 AM with a family atmosphere and a strong support system.
Medical training or certificate is not required. We will train the applicant who will enjoy working with the elderly to make their golden years memorable.

Happy Valentine's Day to you from Hillman's Haven Staff and Residents.

Our residents enjoyed delicious homemade heart shaped French toast with cinnamon bread topped with strawberries and bananas and strawberry syrup with sausage links made by our cook Evonne.

Our residents truly was very surprised with their plates this morning and truly enjoyed them.
