Employee of the Month: Cindy Gilbert

Cindy has been a dietary aide at Medilodge for one year. Before joining Medilodge, she retired from Community Mental Health after 17 years of service, where she worked as a Residential Trained Worker.

In her free time, Cindy enjoys spending time with her daughter, Amanda, and her two grandchildren. She also loves being outdoors, riding her side-by-side, and especially mowing the grass.

Although Cindy is a quiet presence in the kitchen, she is always ready to lend a helping hand whenever needed. Thank you, Cindy, for all you do at Medilodge!

🌟 Resident Introduction: Meet Vicky! 🌟

Victoria “Vicky” Rein was born and raised in Detroit and is the proud mom of her daughter, Mary. After years as a dedicated stay-at-home mom, she moved to the area in 1993 and has been a wonderful part of the community ever since.

Vicky has always been passionate about helping others and staying involved. She loves animals, enjoys listening to Elvis Presley, and has a special interest in Native American memorabilia.

We are so lucky to have Vicky as part of our MediLodge family—she truly brings joy to everyone around her! 💛

Meet Eliana Gunther, our Employee of the Month! 💛

Eliana is an Activity Aide and has been a valued member of the MediLodge team for 1.5 years. Born and raised in Hillman, she loves spending time with friends and family—especially her nephews! She also enjoys kayaking and fishing with her family in the summer, even though she’s not a fan of touching the fish. 🎣💦

Eliana is dedicated, compassionate, and always brings joy to our residents. Seeing their smiles is what makes her heart happy! Thank you, Eliana, for all that you do every day. 💛
