Can I just take a moment to brag about having the Best Chair Yoga class!! These ladies are so thoughtful and fun! We have such a good time exploring movement with resistance balls, straps, blocks, standing, balancing, and of course using a chair.

In honor of Memorial Day weekend, this guided meditation and sound journey will hold space for both sorrow and love, reminding us that grief exists because love existed first.

Through breathwork, meditation, and soothing sound healing, we’ll create a safe space to honor memories, release emotions, and reconnect with the heart. ✨

We will be closed Friday & Saturday for Memorial Weekend as we head to Indiana to hunt for more geodes 🪨✨

I’ll also be subbing for Nancy this week for both of her regular Tuesday & Thursday 9:30 AM yoga classes 🧘‍♀️

Our shop hours this week will only be Wednesday & Thursday, 11-5:30 so stop in and check out some of the beautiful new crystal lovelies we brought back from the gem show! 💎✨
