Staying on top of self care is a work in progress for many of us but it is crucial for overall health and wellness and it is anything you enjoy and/or boosts your emotional, physical, spiritual & mental health in some way. Some simple everyday practices can include -going to bed - eating healthy - journaling -meditating/prayer- saying no -listening to your body etc.
