We’re growing… and we need one more solid person on our morning team!

With Mercantile Mornings starting, we’re looking for someone who can step in and help run breakfast smoothly and efficiently.

Position: Morning Team Member
🕰️ 7 AM – 2 PM shifts
📅 16+ hours per week
💲 $12/hour

This role is best for someone who:
• Can work independently without constant direction
• Is trustworthy and reliable
• Learns quickly and takes initiative
• Can follow systems + recipes consistently
• Works efficiently without sacrificing quality

Experience is helpful, but not required:
• Barista or food prep skills = a plus
• ServSafe certification = a bonus (not required at hiring)

This is a fast-moving environment, especially in the mornings—
we’re looking for someone who can keep up and care about what they’re doing.
