- Rest isn’t something I need to earn.
- My body deserves compassion. - Less is actually more.
- I can choose calm, even in the chaos.

Hey everyone!

Maternity leave is officially over, and I'm heading back to the office this week! I'm thankful for my incredible clients and can't wait to see you all.

A few things to keep in mind:

-Book ahead! Online scheduling is open 30 days in advance.
- New 48-hour cancellation policy.
- Join the waitlist for last-minute openings.
- New medical forms will be required for he new year.
- My schedule will be limited to Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. Saturday's TBD.
- Keep in mind sessions will be spaced out more.
-MJK Esthetics is still thriving, just moving to evening hours.

Happy Friday! ☀️

I am approaching 39 weeks of pregnancy and am now on maternity leave until mid November/December timeframe. I will start pre-planning appointments for Novemeber in October for TMJ Sessions & Relaxation sessions only. This means my regular Deep Tissue clients will need to wait until December until I get back in the swing of things. I’ll be diving into a few classes during my time away and I am so excited to bring a few new techniques/tools to better serve you! 🥰

We are immensely grateful for your patience and support for baby Henry and I! Little man should be here any day now so stayed tuned for updates. 🤍

This month marks TWO amazing years since I opened Bwell Massage! ✨ Here’s to many more years doing what I love and continuing to grow! I wanted to say thank you to all of my family, clients and friends who have supported this mini dream of mine. I am immensely grateful for you! 🤍

As of now I have 6-7 weeks left before I enjoy some much needed time off with my family and our third bundle of joy. 💙
