Naps are my jam ๐
I've spent the last 20 years in the self-care field...
And I've found that when given space to really let go of everything else and Allow themselves to rest...
They feel so much lighter and refreshed
Even brief rest sessions boost the brainโs ability to concentrate and retain information.
There have been many studies done on the benefits and effectiveness of naps throughout the years.
So, there's technically scientific proof that shows short rests during the day are beneficial for brain function and stress relief.
