One important factor to enhance your experience and growth with Physical Therapy is to fully understand the exercises our providers prescribe to you and how they benefit your specific needs. We personalize each Home Exercise Program to fit your unique injury and continue to update it to maintain progression in your recovery. Our providers make sure to take the time to give thorough explanations of the "do's/don'ts" and the "why's" of your treatment.

✨Meet the Staff!✨

We would like to introduce our newest Exercise Specialist, Lupwap Doh! Lupwap is currently attending PCC to complete his prerequisites before applying to Mt. Hood Community College’s PTA Program. He has traveled and lived in Thailand, California, Japan, and Minnesota. In his free time, Lupwap likes to powerlift, occasionally composes music on his computer, and is also a beginner in archery!
