We are proud of our Maintenance Director, Jason Long, and Environmental Services Director, Bryan Mathenia, for volunteering their time to ensure our elder community recieve hot and fresh meals.

Each month the tap room at the Red Rooster selects a charity they wish to highlight and help. As I mentioned last weekend, while posting March I realized that we never shared January.

In January of 2026 the Hillsboro Meals on Wheels Program was selected as the Charity of the Month. Donations are collected all month long from patrons in the tap room for the charity. Accepting the donation of $462 on behalf of the Hillsboro Meals on Wheels Program from left to right were Director Priscilla Mathews, Red Rooster Housekeeper Megan Gipson, and volunteers Jason Long & Bryan Mathenia.
