How do YOU self care? I decided I wanted to dedicate at least 30 minutes of self care... not business... not the non-profit I help with. DO YOU KNOW HOW HARD THAT IS? It's hard to turn your brain off of work and actually listen to your body.

My challenge for the day: Sit and just meditate. Try not to think of anything. If anything comes to your mind, treat it like a dating app and swipe left! Listen to your body. Where is your stress? In your neck? lower back? Try to relax those places. Just focus on YOU!
