To***co companies are actively and aggressively marketing their products to youth through social media, movies, video games, influencers and music videos. They are developing new products that are appealing to teens using bright colors and fun flavors such as cupcake flavored. Many of these products have massive amounts of ni****ne in them.

Take Down To***co is a day for people to stand up to big to***co, exposing their tactics and lies.

A case of measles in Traill County has been reported. This is the first reported case in Traill County. ND has had 23 cases so far in 2026. No other information on the reported case is available at this time.
The best way to prevent measles is with the MMR vaccine. If you or your child(ren) have not been immunized with MMR, please consider getting vaccinated. Watch for symptoms of measles including a blotchy rash that typically shows up first on the face and behind the ears. It then spreads to the chest, back and feet. Other symptoms include fever, cough, runny nose, and red, watering eyes.
A person with measles can spread the virus four days before the rash appears and four days after. Measles is highly contagious. If these symptoms appear, please stay home and consult with your physician for further instructions. You are asked to call ahead before appearing at a local healthcare facility so appropriate infection control measures will be in place prior to your visit.
Babies under the age of 1 year cannot be vaccinated against measles. They and others with weakened immune systems are at high risk for serious complications. Complications from measles include severe pneumonia, encephalitis (brain swelling), diarrhea with dehydration, permanent hearing loss, and long term immune deficiency.
If unvaccinated and exposed to measles, the standard protocol is exclusion from school and extracurricular activities for 21 days following the last exposure.

Va**ng is not a safe alternative. Great job Ransom County Ransom County Public Health!

Our To***co Treatment Specialist has had a BUSY year in the best way — educating, empowering, and having real conversations with our youth about the dangers of va**ng and to***co products. 💬💙

This artwork says it all. One young individual wanted you to see exactly how they feel: healthy lungs full of life 🌸 vs. lungs damaged by va**ng. Their message is simple and heartfelt — the choices we make matter.

Prevention starts with education, and we’re so proud of the voices speaking up and choosing to be vape-free. 💪✨

Help your child understand that kindness, empathy and respect matter in every space—including online.

✔ Think before they post
✔ Choose kindness in comments and messages
