We focus on using the most up-to-date methods, treating our residents with true compassion in the process. We work with residents and their families to deliver customized care plans so every service is personal and each interaction is heartfelt. Every residents at Rosewood Memory Care receives customized levels of care based on their individual needs. Whether your loved one simply needs help buttoning up their shirt in the morning, or assistance with all aspects of daily living such as going to the bathroom, bathing, and getting dressed, we are here to give them the care they need. We also take care of everyday tasks and chores like laundry, trash, and housekeeping. Our community offers two living options to give your loved one access to the right kind of care. Rosewood Memory Care offers memory care services to individuals living with Alzheimer’s, dementia, and other cognitive impairments will feel at home in our cozy, beautiful Memory Care community, where everything down to the smallest detail is designed to bring peace and comfort to their days. In addition to long-term care services, our community offers Respite Stays for those who need a short-term solution for care. Respite Stays provide caregivers a chance to take time away while still having the peace of mind knowing their loved one is receiving exceptional care in a safe and cozy environment. We warmly invite you to join us for our upcoming Town Hall Meeting at Rosewood Memory Care, taking place on Tuesday, July 30th from 6pm –7pm. This will be a great opportunity to meet our leadership team, connect with other families, and enjoy some refreshments and light snacks during a casual social hour. We’ve also invited Camille Hang, our Medicaid Case Manager, so you’ll have a chance to meet her and ask any questions you may have.
