Welcome to the newest office space at Healing Hearts 🪴 A space designed to be a calm, serene area for somatic therapy. Somatic exercise is all about awareness and sensation. Exercises focus on the subtle sensations of the mindful and intentional movement of your body.
This room is available for use during weekly sessions or current clients who arrive early can independently utilize this space to ground themselves before beginning sessions 🪷
