Hello all! It's been a long while since I reached out. The world has felt like a scary, unpredictable place for a while now, and I don't know when that's going to shift.

I'm seeing a trend of businesses raising their rates more and more in an effort to keep up with the rising costs of doing business in these times.

I'm not going to do that. I already require a sizeable time and financial commitment from you. I don't feel an impact from tariffs or trade route constriction because the service I provide comes from my own heart and body. My privilege allows me to avoid asking for more from you at this time and I'm gonna use that privilege for a long as I can.

I am going to continue offering a unique and holistic healing experience. I am going to continue to offer space and support for you however you are able to show up.

I also want to remind you that I'm a big fan of trade. I currently would like to find someone to reupholster both of my massage tables, find a human to help me clean my residence on a more regular basis, and I could use a human to help me maintain my very old car. If any of these things sound like something you'd like to trade, or if you've got another service you'd like to offer for trade, send me a DM and I'll get in touch with you.

Please don't stop loving yourself and others as we navigate this current reality. I'll do the same. Let's meet up and support each other without judgement that might pop up.

We are stronger than we think, more loved that we know and deserving of every good thing. ❤️🔥💪

It's finally here! We get to start connecting again! Washington County has been cleared to enter Phase 1 of re-opening on June 1, 2020! My schedule is open and ready for you to book online.

I've learned so much from this experience, I suspect I'll be processing for months. One thing that I understand right away it is that the connections I have with other human beings are necessary for my happiness and well-being.

And that includes my connections with all of you. I've missed you. I've missed our shared chats filled with laughter and tears and insights galore. And I miss helping you release all those things from your body so you can go out and be your best for your own shared connections.

AND WE GET TO DO THAT AGAIN!

But...it's vital that we still remain cautious as we introduce ourselves to our new world. Which means co-operation from all of us.

I'll only be seeing two clients a day to allow proper time between each session to thoroughly sanitize surfaces and air out my office. I currently have 10:00 am and 4:00 pm appointment times available. If those times don't work with your schedule, contact me and I'll do my best to accommodate you.

I'll be checking my own temperature daily and wearing a mask for the duration of your appointment as well as continue to socially distance and limit my excursions to only those necessary.

I will be keeping a list of the names of clients that I see in order to help with contact tracing.

I need you to follow a few guidelines as well:

PLEASE DO NOT come for your appointment if you are sick or have been in contact with anyone who is or may be ill. Check your temperature before your appointment, if it's over 100, CANCEL YOUR APPOINTMENT. There will be no charge for appointments cancelled because you're not feeling well.

WEAR YOUR MASK. The insidious aspect of this corona virus is that it's possible for you to be a carrier and not be showing any symptoms. Wearing a mask reduces the number of airborne particles that you're adding to the immediate area. You will not be required to wear your mask when you are face down.

I want to speak frankly for a moment. While all of these measures go a long way to protect us, there is no getting around the fact that maintaining a distance of six feet is impossible with massage. All of the safety precautions will be taken because they do make a difference, however, that doesn't mean I can guarantee your safety. We don't have to avoid connecting, but we do need to be responsible about how we connect. And we need to understand that there is some risk.
