This statement is true, especially about Katerina. She hasn't lived in New Jersey since she was about 5 years old yet you can definitely tell she has that New Jerseryian way of handling people she's interacting with. Some of Katerina's best memories are when she with her family in Jersey on the shore enjoying waffle ice cream sandwiches in the summer months.

Caregiver appreciation post for Jeserae Baisch. For those of you who may be new following us, Jeserae is Katerina's caregiver. He spends most of his time when he's not at work caring for her even on her worst days. It takes a lot of strength and dedication to make their lives work and Katerina is grateful everyday that he is in her life. This is one errorcode we wish Katerina never had to use. People wonder why Katerina doesn't trust or let many people in her life but they fail to realize that Katerina has been abused by the people who are the closest to her. She has been through enough in her life after battling this long to get control on medical conditions she never would have had if some of these people would have left her alone. This is a situation that has happened to her in the past which she modernized to make it relevant to today.

Recording meltdowns is never okay. Especially when you are the instigator of the harm that created the meltdown intending to do so that you can come between them and their care team. There is no room for this behavior and the people who are responsible for hurting Katerina are immediately blocked. They lose all access, especially when they go to others in Katerina's household with this drama since they know they are purposely causing harm with these seizures and they don't care to stop this behavior on their own.

This is why Katerina has many of her stress induced seizures. It's not society that stresses Katerina, it is the people closest to her that have enough of an emotional tie to harm her in these ways. Katerina can't go back to her high school reunion this year because the main cause of her stress induced seizures is the State of Tennessee forcing her on medication since her school referred her for testing for ADHD instead of understanding she is autistic. Her father was told this by doctors in New Jersey before she moved to TN. Her father lost custody because he fought for Katerina which caused her to lose contact with him for 7 years. We need to end the stigma on medical conditions so we can prevent children from being forced on medication without allowing the parent to get a second opinion. Katerina is lucky to have a great care team between Jeserae Baisch, , and others.
