We are so excited to introduce the newest member of our team!

Richard, a Licensed Massage Therapist bringing a wealth of experience and a passion for helping people feel and move better.

With 16 years in the sports industry, Richard made the transition to massage therapy to deepen his work in healing and wellness. He offers a range of therapeutic techniques including Cross Fiber Friction, Trigger Point, Deep Tissue, Structural, Acupressure, Northern Thai Massage, and Swedish. His approach is thoughtful, focused, and rooted in a strong understanding of the body.

Richard is available Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays, with afternoon and evening appointments available until 5:45 PM. Interested in working with him? Feel free to reach out or ask at your next visit!

She's back! ✨
We are thrilled to welcome Ariel back to Ai Zen Sports & Pain Clinic.
If you have been with us a while, you might remember Ariel from her time here a few years ago. If Ariel is new to you, we can't wait for you to experience the care she brings.

Ariel is a licensed massage therapist with a master's degree in Sports and Exercise Science. She is known for her thoughtful, client centered approach and specializes in orthopedic, sports, and women's health massage.

She'll be seeing clients Monday through Friday starting in early July, and her schedule is now open for booking!
