Caring Hearts Care Home is actively looking for caregivers with developmental delay experience preferred or caregivers willing to learn to take care of development delay population either part time or full time in an adult foster care home setting. The caregiver will be providing cares to 2 young lovely ladies. Current First Aid and CPR certificates are required. If interested, do send us a message. We are located in Hillsboro, OR.

Good morning to all my family and friends out in this wonderful world. I am happy to say I am now officially licensed to serve the developmentally delayed population for my business and I am actively seeking 2 residents who need medical needs services ages 18 and above who are already in the DHS DD system and need a home to stay and receive great nursing cares. I am reaching out to anyone who knows anyone or family that need to place their loved in a great caring adult foster home. Death is one of the most difficult things that any of us will have to deal with in our lives.

It is personal, unique, and very different from person to person.

Often times, people will judge the way someone else grieves because it is not the same as the way that they would personally mourn.

Some folks even go as far as to assume that someone is NOT anguished (by their definition), because they do not show it in a way that fits into this individual’s view of what grief should look like.

Caring Hearts Care Home LLC had to say goodbye and farewell to 2 of our lovely family residents since we have been in business operation since August 2018 ( 1 resident almost 7 weeks ago and the other resident yesterday). We were blessed to be part of their lives and helped them transition to their next level of life. We will forever remember them and always be in our hearts 💕. Farewell, farewell and we pray for safe journey paths as you both meet our Heavenly Father.

Interior renovations adult foster home set up for the best care for your loved one. Caring Hearts Care Home is an licensed Adult Family Home now accepting reservations for ages 18 years and above.
Actively seeking 3 residents ages 18 years and above who require full assistance in four or more activites of daily living. The home comes with RN cares 24 hours and caregiver(s). Private pay residents preferred. This home will have a 2 year old child living in the house so prefer residents that love children.
