Love doesn’t have to be grand.
Sometimes it’s rest, boundaries, and saying no.

We’ve been taught that love looks like big gestures and constant giving. But sometimes the most powerful form of love is quiet. It’s choosing to rest when your body asks for it. It’s protecting your peace. It’s saying “no” without guilt and without over-explaining.

This week, let love look like honoring your limits. Let it look like slower mornings, less overcommitting, and trusting that you don’t have to earn your worth through exhaustion.

You are allowed to take up space.
You are allowed to protect your energy.
You are allowed to choose yourself.

Carry that with you this week. 💜

So many of us pour love, patience, and grace into everyone around us… and forget to save some for ourselves. Let today be a gentle reminder that *you* deserve that same care. Slow down. Breathe. Speak to yourself softly.
